What Sets Magnum Development aside from Other Builders?
All home builders are not created equal. Here are some of the reasons.
In this area there are impact fees on new construction. *Magnum Development includes those costs in the
price of your New Home. Land clearing and fill are normally not included in the price or there is an allowance
.* Magnum Development includes those costs in the price of your New Home Septic, septic digout and well
costs, city water or sewer tap in fees may not be included in other builder’s contracts.* Magnum Development
includes those costs in the price of your New Home. Light Fixtures may be an allowance item from other

What about a Warranty?
*Magnum Development has a full one year parts and labor warranty. We have our own warranty service
vehicle fully equipped to keep you as a happy customer, that's our goal. What we are trying to say is we do not
present surprises to our customers. There are No Hidden Costs, No Surprises. This means you will have a
pleasant relationship with the building company before, during and after your home is built.
* If building on your property, we reserve the right to view your property beforehand to determine if special Fill
dirt costs, land clearing or unsound ground or other special conditions might be present. In any event, you will
know these costs before signing our contract, not at the closing table just before you are ready to move in.
