those answers. Usually it is for buyers who have not owned a home in the last 3 years, but there are many
other forms of assistance; such as FHA and VA.
Special Government Program
Although we have many financing programs one of our very popular ones is Down Payment Assistance
Down Payment Assistance; is quite common in Florida but very few people can qualify for it. The main reasons
are either the cost of the home is too high or the customer(s) earns too much money.
Up to $57,500.00 is available to qualified buyers under this program. This money has to be paid back within
30 yrs or when you sell the property. In some programs repayment is not required.
There is no payment or interest charged on this money. Your mortgage payment is reduced by the amount of
